A: Of course you can, there's no need to ask. You can do whatever you want with my pictures as long as you keep them for your personal use only. [e.g.: a wallpaper for your desktop]

Q: Can I use a picture of yours to make a wallpaper | icon | layout | etc. for my website?
A: I'm sorry but the answer is no. I don't like to see my arts cutted and changed all around the net. Sometimes I give the permission to people I know very well and trust, but they're exceptions.

Q: Can I use a picture of yours for an essay | school work?
A: You can use them if you give me the proper credit. This means to state they were made by me - © MadHatter - and to put a link to this website - http://www.thefollyslounge.com - or my e-mail address in the credits' page or something. Just think at this: my work are free to use, as long as people can easily contact me if they need info about them or use them too.

Q: Can I show a picture of yours in my website's gallery?
A: Yes, if you follow the rules explained below. These rules are valid ONLY for copies of the original picture. Cuts, colors changes, and all the other modifications are strictly prohibited. About the © laws/rules: http://www.whatiscopyright.org/

[1] Let me know first.
[2] Give me the proper CREDIT! This means at least to put my name [© MadHatter] and a link back to my website in the same page where the picture will be displayed. It would be nice to put also my mail address somewhere near them, but it's not essential.
[3] If you want to use a picture I did in collaboration with someone else, you MUST give credit to the other artist as well. If you don't know how to contact them, just ask this to ME and I'll give you their mail and website's URL.
[4] Don't use it for anything other than personal use. This should be obvious, but you CANNOT use my works to make money... if you want to use one of my pictures in a project of yours [eg. to make t-shirts and sell them] you MUST contact me and ask for my permission.
